Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.airEkey SaaS System Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans
airEkey offers the following paid subscription options:

Monthly Subscription: Billed every 30 days with automatic renewal.

Annual Subscription: Billed every 12 months with automatic renewal.
⚠️ Note: No free trial is currently available. All subscriptions require payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation Right: You may cancel at any time.

Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Rules:

No refunds for the current billing period.

Service access continues until the cycle ends.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Cancellation Right: You may cancel at any time.

Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect immediately (or on a specified future date).

Refund Rules:

Cancellation within 30 days: Full refund (minus payment processing fees).

Cancellation after 30 days: Pro-rated refund based on unused days (
(Remaining Days/365) × Annual Fee). -
Refund Processing: Issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

3. How to Cancel

Self-Service (Recommended):
Log in to your airEkey account → "Billing Management" → Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm. -
Manual Cancellation:
Email hello@airekey.com with subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request". Include:-
Account email/ID

Requested cancellation date (optional)

📢 Important:
Deactivating your account or non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Failure to formally cancel may result in auto-renewal charges or account suspension.
4. Service Termination & Data Handling
Upon cancellation:

Immediate loss of system access.
-
Account data retained for 60 days (contact support for export assistance).

Data is permanently and irreversibly deleted after 60 days.

Critical Notice: Export essential data before cancellation!
5. Auto-Renewal & Plan Changes

Auto-Renewal:
All subscriptions auto-renew by default. Renewal reminders sent 7 days prior via email. -
Plan Modifications:

Upgrade: Effective immediately with pro-rated charges.

Downgrade: Effective at the next billing cycle (no refunds for current period).

6. Policy Updates
WELOCK Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice 30 days prior to taking effect.
